Delete your account

Nudge by Deep-C Vision Ltd

Nudge (by Deep-C Vision Ltd) lets you delete your account and data at any time.

In the app

Open Nudge and tap the person icon (top right).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email contact@deepcvision.co.uk from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Nudge account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, notes, commitments, drafted messages, feedback and usage data.

What is kept

Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, for billing and legal reasons.
Sign-in security logs kept by our authentication provider for a limited period.
Encrypted backups for up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Nudge Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
